About the Event
We have teamed up with the Columbus Metro Parks to host a kayak/fishing meetup at Darby Bend Lakes at Prairie Oaks Metro Park! We will fish one of the lakes at the park for bass and panfish.
The Columbus Metro Park will provide the kayaks. There are a limited number of kayaks available. Don't wait to RSVP!
All skill levels are welcome at these meetups! Don't have gear? Let us know! We can work with you on borrowing a setup for the event.
Gear Recommendations:
-5wt or 6wt
-Floating or sink tip fly line
-Panfish leader
-Panfish flies
-Bass leader
-Bass flies (streamers and poppers)
-Polarized sunglasses
