May Weekday Meetup: Columbus

Spring time is here and that means it's time to kick off our week day meetups here in Columbus! The first meetup will be May 15th at Homestead Park in Hilliard. The meetup will begin at 6:00pm and conclude around 8:30pm. We will fish the ponds for bass and bluegill. 

All skill levels are welcome at these meetups! Don't have gear? Let us know! We can work with you on borrowing a setup for the event.

Gear Recommendations:

-4wt (panfish) or 5wt or 6wt (panfish and bass)

-Floating fly line

-7 1/2" 0x - 2x leader

-Panfish flies

-Bass flies

-Polarized sunglasses

-Net

All our weekday meetups are free.

If you would like to support OWOTF, there is an option to purchase a ticket. All money will go to the direct cost of running OWOTF, including covering costs for our website, future meetups, guest speakers and more.

Please make sure you have an Ohio fishing license for this event.
