About the Event
Spring time is here and that means it's time to kick off our week day meetups here in Columbus! The first meetup will be May 21st at Woodside Green Park in Gahanna. We will fish a pond for bass and bluegill. The meetup will begin at 6:00pm and conclude around 7:30pm. After fishing, we invite you to join us for food and a social hour at Nostalgia Brewing.
All skill levels are welcome at these meetups! Don't have gear? Let us know! We can work with you on borrowing a setup for the event.
Gear Recommendations:
-4wt (panfish) or 5wt or 6wt (panfish and bass)
-Floating fly line
-7 1/2" 0x - 2x leader
