What is your most memorable fly fishing story?
I went to Virginia to spend the weekend with my good friend Emma and the ladies from United Women on the Fly. I didn't catch anything Friday, Saturday, or Sunday and was so grumpy! I was frustrated, sweaty, and annoyed. I was stubborn and decided to stay one more night and fish in the morning before heading home. Erin Kimsey gave me a single fly from her fly box before we parted ways for the weekend. I slept in my car and in the morning went back to the stream and caught so many brook trout with the fly Erin gave me!
What is your favorite fly?
I hate tying so any fly I bought from someone more experienced than me!
If you could fish anywhere in the world, where would you fish?
I wish I could teleport to Vermont every day after work to fish for brook trout.
